debate on topic should courts be open at night for common men in favour

In my opinion courts should not be open at night but the working hours should be longer or in another circumstance the cases which have been stuck or overdue for more than 5 years for them the court should be open at night.

All these cases should be fastracked having being opened for more than 5 years as to bring justice and accelerate the justice system.
