Debate on Why is Fiction preferred over reality
Answers
Answer:
It’s somewhat a lot of people look to think. Reading about orcs, dragons, sorcerers, or happiness are just imaginary which make no sense in some cases. They could never truly happen. Therefore, fantasy books are worthless. You don’t get anything from them as well some popcorn entertainment. Fantasy books are the fictitious equivalent of brainless summer epics. That’s what many people say these days.
The real question is this true? No, I believe it is not true at all. In fact, it’s the reverse of true. The more books are grounded in reality, really, the less educated they are. There is a direct association between fiction and education. The more fictional a story is, the more educational value it has.
Answer:
Why is Fiction Preferred over Reality?
Good morning everyone present; I am here to speak briefly on ‘Why is fiction preferred over reality?’
Well, fiction is a world of imagination in which everything is possible. It is a world of super-heroes and men and women with miraculous powers. In this world we see Harry Potter flying on a broom, casting magic spells using his magic wand, and over powering negative forces of dark magic. There is a thrill in this world which we miss in the world of reality. In this world of imagination we see Avengers doing daring feats with unimaginable ease. And we like it.
On the contrary the world of reality is boring, full of struggles, and stress. Mundane trivialities don’t please us much. We see people struggling and laboring to make both ends meet. We see crowds of people living an ordinary lives and many of them giving in to the challenges of life. This world is not appealing.
The truth is the world of reality is more beautiful than the world of fantasy and fiction, but we don’t have the eyes to see its beauty.
