(TRS) Telengana Rastra Samiti led by K Chandrashekar Rao, first won the elections of assembly in 2004, which led to subsequent victory in the 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2012 elections in the assembly. But when they were denied to create a separate state in southern India, all the party members left and after a lot of hard work they were successful in forming the state of Telengana.
Since then, T R S has been winning on account of the following principles undertaken :-
- Main focus on the party has been on the development in the lifestyle of farmers and welfare of the farmer to the fullest.
- Formation of bond with other parties like congress to win a significant number of seats.
- Muslim welfare is also strictly taken into consideration.
K Chandrashekar Rao, referred to by all as KCR, has driven his Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) gathering to an avalanche triumph.
His welfare plans since the state was framed in 2014 are thought to host helped the gathering's smooth cruising in the surveys.
Rao had risen as a state saint when he headed an enormous development to make Telangana by isolating it from Andhra Pradesh.
