Women contribute to the 50 percent of humanrace. That means they have all equel rights that a man has.But still even today they are deprived of their basic needs like freedom, work ,education, respect, love, care etc. It's truelly a man's world where women are not only deprived of every right that law has given to them but they are constantly exploited.Men view them as a piece of entertainment and nothing more. They leave no chance to abuse them or physically hurt them.Though many laws have been written for women empowerment but unless the basic
mentality of men changes no improvement can take place.Every day we can see in newspaper that women are being raped or harrased or m isbehaved. It really scares me and I think which direction is the world going.

Good morning, I am _________ with my arguments in favour of women empowerment. The status of women in many countries deprives them of the basic rights which are essential for maintaining one's dignity. They were oppressed and treated poorly. Right from the childhood, they face discrimination and their role in the society has been stereotyped.
At present, it is a dire need that we make up for the loss women have suffered and allow them equal status whether it is education, employment or career. They should be free to exercise their own choice and take their decisions without any external pressure. Education is one of the most powerful measures in this regard as it is necessary to bring them out of the conservative frame of mind which sees and expects them to lead a life of subjugation. We need to change our chauvinistic views and treat them with dignity.
Though much has been done in this regard, more needs to be done, especially in the third-world countries. Government and NGOs need to come forward to safeguard their rights and violation of any right should be dealt with strictly. They shouldn't be made to live an existence of terror, neither at home nor outside on the roads. Today, when women have proved themselves in all spheres of life and they can't be considered inferior to men in any way, let us give them all the space and honor they deserve.
