Hey mate here is your ans
At some point in our lives each and everyone of us has dreamed to live something magical. Unfortunately most of those dreams don’t make it further than our pillows. Brandon Mull is an excellent author who has put some of these dreams into some great stories. Mull has written various books like: Fablehaven, Beyonders, Candy Shop Wars, and Five Kingdoms. In each of these books, he has a young adult living a fairly average life; dreaming, but never living those dreams. Then one day those dreams become reality. In each book, the main character is taken to a magical world and is chosen as a hero to save the world. There is always a friend that goes along and of course even more friends made along the way. By working together, they are able to defeat the evil of each world and unleash special powers within themselves that they never knew they had before. This definitely goes beyond the average young adult of today and what is achieved.
Mull is trying to show that young adults should be living a more creative life rather than living on social media. Nowadays, everyone has social media and spends most of their day on it. Due to this, social interaction and creativity is going down. The way that Mull portrays characters in his books is his idea of how young adults should be. Mull is trying to convince the youth of today to be more imaginative and social.
It seems that everywhere anyone looks the majority of the people you see have a phone in their hand. Not just possession of one, but they are actively, constantly glued to it. In this day and age, it seems to be the biggest addiction to mankind. Common regard and concern for others is diminishing and respect is becoming non-existent. More common than not parents are seen struggling to get their teenagers attention, but can’t get them to pay attention to anything they say because of this spreading addiction. This is becoming so common that it is even spreading to the parents who seem unresponsive to their mindless social media zombie children.
In conclusion, each and every one of us is unique and very capable of doing many great things! We are limiting ourselves and especially the youth by our actions. Social Media is playing a huge part in this and making many feel like they are not good enough. This is causing depression and social problems. Many youth have gotten so attached to technology and the online world that they have forgotten about the great world outside of their phones. I fear that some may never get to experience some of the great and adventurous ways of creativity and will just forever stay inside looking up YouTube videos
What we do for this
There are some simple things you can do at day’s end when your decision-making and willpower well is running dry that will help you the next day:
Write out your to-do list for the following day.
Write a list of all the things you know you need to remember the following day.
Write out your ‘ta da’ list of your accomplishments that day.
Decide what you’re going to wear and set out your clothes ready for the morning. This can extend to other family members who rely on you for their daily clothing choices.
Decide what you’re going to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Pack your bag with anything you need for the following day. If you’re a parent, you can do this for the little people in your life you have to organise.
Develop a shut down routine after you finish working so you’ll stop ruminating about work over dinner or while watching Suits or whatever it is you do in the evening and stop you from further depleting that decision-making well.
