Debate with dis agree on women in office and men in kitchen

according to the current situation it is totally wrong there is right in our constitution that we can do any kind of job but legally and in our constitution it is mentioned that how much equality A man is getting that much same equality of women is getting so no one can stop them to do what they want to do.

and nowadays we can see that women are also working in office and its should their personality if a woman is ready to take the responsibilities of her home then why not and as we can see that mens are also interested in cooking and in kitchen as we can see there are so many chefs who are male.
