Simply find 12 % of 245 rs

 =  \frac{12}{100}  \times 245 \\  =  \frac{12}{20}  \times 49 \\  =  \frac{3}{5}  \times 49 \\  =  \frac{147}{5}  \\  =rs \:  29.4
...thnx..........

Information provided to us:
Net selling price of the greeting card sold in one day by Debbie = $ 245
Commission rate of Debbie = 12 %

We know that commission is the earning for the individual selling the article or thing and commission is calculated as follows:

Commission = Commission % of Selling Price
Commission = 12 % of $ 245
Commission = 12/100 * 245
Commission = 0.12 * $ 245
Commission = $ 29.4

Hence,

Debbie earned = $ 29.4
