As per SEBI Guidelines, a company cannot redeem its debentures totally out of capital, so maximum of 50% of debentures can be redeem out of capital. (a) Lump sum payment method: Under this method all the debentures are redeemed in one lump sum on maturity at the expiry of agreed period of time.
