When an organization opts for decentralization, power comes in the hand of lower level workers which let them have the experience of handling situations by themselves and thus creating future managers.

When an organization gets decentralized, management is left with less amount of work as now the lower level is also going to get engaged in decision making in the organization, it reduces the burden on the head of top level managers and let them focus on most crucial things.
