In my opinion flexibility means in this quote was creativity, as in this generation everything is developing from domestic jobs.Example a student with full of creativity but he predicted wrong conclusions which made him regret .

Although ,you can't predict what's next not you nor me but if you have creativity and believe that you can do it I think you can evolve .
