Decomposition reaction of oxalic acid when it is heated beyond 70 degree celsius

We heat the titration flask containing oxalic acid to about 60-70 degree Celsius and then titrate it against KMnO4. [As a rule, the temperature should be in b/w 60-70 degrees C.]
