Decorating the tree is Trisha's favourite thing about Christmas. Every year on the first day of December. Albie and his family go to the Christmas tree lot and pick out the perfect tree. Albie likes to get a really tall tree. When they bring the tree home. Albie's dad sets the tree in the stand, and then It's time to decorate! The first thing they do is put lots of different coloured lights around the tree. Albie loves to see all of the twinkling colours light up the room. Next, they take all of the ornaments out of the boxes. They put the fragile ornaments near the top of the tree and spread the other ornaments over the rest of the tree. Decorating the tree is a special Christmas tradition.
