Decribe the relationship between the area of a parallelogram and the area of a triangle with the same height and base .

if the area of a parallelogram and a triangle with the same height and base then they will surely between the same parallel lines and when the have the same base and are between the same parallel lines so the area of the triangle will be half of the area of parallelogram.

area of triangle here would be half of the area of parallelogram because area of parallelogram is h×b and area of triangle is 1/2×h×b
