The only forces acting on the motorcycle when it is rotating in death well are friction its weight and centripetal force.

The weight must be balanced by frictional force then it won't fall.

The normal force required for friction is provided by centripetal force.

Friction = μ x Normal force.

Centripetal force provides normal force and is given by mv²/r,

Here m is mass of motorcycle, v is velocity and r is radius of death well.

∴f = μmv²/r.

It must be equal to its weight mg or greater,

μmv²/r ≥ mg

v² ≥ rg/μ

∴ v ≥ √(rg/μ)

So minimum speed is √(rg/μ) .
