Every body that is in motion is obeying the law of kinetics .
Kinetic energy of any body depends on the kind of motion the body is exhibiting ,in the rolling of for example a wheel ,we consider the mass ( m) and the radius (r ) .
If the body is rolling on a place surface ,its kinetics is a combination of both rotational motion and the rotational motion
In determining the instantenous speed we consider the radius
