Solution:

_____________________

We know the algebraic identity:

(x+a)(x+b)= +(a+b)+ab

______________________

Now ,

(x+a)(x+b)(x+c)

= [(x+a)(x+b)](x+c)

= [+(a+b)x+ab](x+c)

= [+(a+b)x+ab]x+[+(a+b)x+ab]c

= +(a+b)+abx + c+(a+b)cx+abc

= +(a+b+c)+(ab+bc+ca)x+abc

Therefore,

__________________

(x+a)(x+b)(x+c)

= +(a+b+c)+(ab+bc+ca)x+abc
