Deepa sold at

SP = 1200 + 5/100 of 1200 = 1200 + 60 = 1260

Customer purchased at 1260 and taxed at 4%

So 1260 + 4/100 of 1260 = 1260 + 50.4

= 1310.4

Answer:

Rs 1310.40

Step-by-step explanation:

Cost of each shirt = Rs 1200.

Total no. of shirts purchased = 15

Cost of 15 shirts = 1200*15 = Rs 18000

Profit % = 5.

Selling price = x

or, 5 = (x-18000)/18000 * 100

or, 900 = x - 18000

or, x = Rs 18900

Cost of each shirt to the customer = Rs 1260.

Sales tax = 4%.

Final cost price = 1260 + 1260*0.04 = 1260 + 50.4 = Rs 1310.4 [Ans]
