Given
Cp of 12 oranges =7.20 (deepak bought)

So 1 orange price =7.20/12

=₹0.6

So now vimal have ₹9.60

He is able to buy =9.60/0.6=16

Vimal can buy 16 oranges

4 more than deepak

Hi,

Here's ur answer:-

We can solve this question by unitary method.

When price = 7.20, oranges = 12

When, price = 1, oranges = 12/7.20

When price = 9.60, oranges = (12×9.6)÷7.2 = 16

So , According to question,

Vimal bought x more oranges than Deepak.

=> 16 = 12+x

=> x = 16-12=4

So, x= 4

HOPE IT HELPS (^_^)
