When Deeya and his father ( Ajeet ) wasn't too far from the summit, Ajeet's oxygen mask malfunctioned and froze. He couldn't breath but Deeya didn't wait for him and she continued climbing. This was the difficult call they took and it was a difficult decision for them to take because it would have ruin Deeya's chances as well.
