myopia -- short sightedness ,distant object can't be focused. correction: cancave lens
hypermetropia-- long sightedness, near objects can't be focused. correction: convex lens.
presbyopia: it is an ageing problem, power of accommodation decreases. correction: bi focal lens

a)Myopia also called as short sightedness in which the person can see near objects clearly and distinctly but they can't see the far objects clearly and distinctly as they can see the near objects.
•It can be corrected by using concave lens .
b)Hpermeteropia also called as long sightedness in which the person cannot see the nearby objects clearly and distinctly whereas they can see the far objects clearly.
•It can be corrected by using convex lens .
c)Presbyopia also called as old -age hypermeteropia
•It can be corrected by using bifocal eye glasses.
