Fog is a cloud that appears near the ground or touches the ground. Dew is deposit of water drops that is formed on cloud surfaces by condensation of water vapours in the air.... There is a little difference between fog and dew

Hello friend
_______________________
ā« Fog
i.) The temperature of the layers of the air near the surface of the earth reduces. As the temperature reduces, water vapour condenses.
ii.) In this process the vapour turns into microscopic water particles and float in the air.
iii.) When the density of these droplets in the air increases it leads to formation of Fog.
ā« Dew
i.) When moisture laden air near the earth's surface comes in contact with very cold objects condensation of water vapour takes place.
ii.) They turn into very small water droplets and stick to the surface of cold objects eg. leaves.
iii.) Water vapour condenses and forms droplets of water and these droplets stick to cold objects and form Dew.
Thanks...
