Explanation:

Marxist approach to any society has many concrete approaches, leading to abstract solution.

Concrete means application of any ideology in particular situation. Irreconcilable classes exist, like today. Capitalist class needs to grow through surplus value extracted by the capitalists, created by the workers in process of production. Here is abstraction of the concrete examples, like here, many capitalists increasing their surplus values, through various means, may or may not be similar to others, resulting in increase in wealth of capitalist class and pauperisation of the working class.

Hence, the Marxist approach in India or elsewhere is to nullify creation of surplus value, which is possible only by elimination of classes in the society. In particular, this approach has to deal casteism and many other vestiges of feudalism or even before that, specific to India, while leading the class struggle till the working class establishes its own state, in process of building socialism.

Liberals link their struggle to particular discrimination, oppression or exploitation. They approach do not see these problems as interlinked, which is dialectical and core to Marxism. They do not wish to do away with capitalism and uphold the right of the capitalist class to maintain their means of production, that is, private property and their right to make profit, maintain right to exploit, which constitution of any capitalists legalise!
