SECONDARY STORAGESecondary storage is bigger capacity
Secondary storage is usually cheaper and large

PRIMARY STORAGE DEVICE refers to the internal memory of a device like RAM in laptops and computers. They are volatile and non volatile while SECONDARY STORAGE DEVICE refers to an external memory which can be attached to the device like pendrives, SD cards etc. as they can be attached to laptops or computers. They are non volatile.
