Conduction is the mode of transfer of heat in solids......
Convection is the mode of transfer of heat in fluids.....specially in liquids...
Radiation is a mode of transfer of heat which does not need any medium to travel thus it can through the vacuum......

Convection means the movement of heat energy through liquids and gases in currents

Radiation means the movement of energy through space as waves ; heat energy from the sun radiates through space

Conduction means the movement of heat between objects that touch each other
