• Ketosis is the most common disease when a carbohydrate deficiency is observed in our bodies.

Symptoms :

1) Weakness.

2) Fatigue.

3) Headache.

Protein deficiency diseases are -

• Due to deficiency of essential proteins in our body a disease known as "Kwashiorkor" happens which is a dangerous disease.

Symptoms :

1) Extreme malnutrition. (Whole body)

2) Pain and Fatigue.

3) Destruction of the digestive system which results as the loss of hunger and thirst.
