Reversible :(used about a process, an action or a disease) that can be changed so that something returns to its original state or situation

(कोई प्रक्रिया, क्रिया या रोग) जिसे ऐसे बदला जा सके कि वह अपनी मूल दशा या स्थिति में पहुँच जाए; प्रतिवर्त्य

Irreversible :that cannot be stopped or changed

जिसे रोका या बदला न जा सके; अपरिवर्त्य, अनुत्‍क्रमणीय

Those changes which can be reversed into the initial form by physical means are called reversible change. e.g. moulding of clay.

And those changes which can't be converted into the initial state are called irreversible changes. e.g. burning of wax.
