Answer:

Velocity: It is displacement per unit time .

Force: It is push or pull acting on an object.

Speed: It is distance travelled in unit time .

Energy: The strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity is called energy.

Watt: Watt is the unit of power. If 1 joule of energy is consumed in 1 second, we say the power of the device is 1 watt.

Mass: It can be defined as the measure of how much matter is in an object; bycombining the total number of atoms, their density, and the type of atom found within an object.

Kinetic energy:  Anything has mass and is in motion has kinetic energy . This is true of solids , liquids and gases . For example , a flying ball has the energy to shatter a windowpane . A river flowing down a mountain has the energy to dislodge and carry rocks . A storm (air in motion) has the energy to uproot trees , damage houses , and so on .

A little thought will tell you that all things in motion do not have the same amount of energy . For example , rain falling on our hands does not hurt , but hailstones do because a raindrop is much lighter than a hailstone . That means the kinetic energy that something has depends on its mass . Also , a light breeze cannot uproot trees , but a storm does . That means kinetic energy also depends on speed . In general, the kinetic energy of a body depends on its mass and it's speed .

Potential energy: This energy stored in an object and is measured by the amount of work done.

==> Ex- pen on a table & water in a lake.

==> Formula = mgh.
