Defination of weight and mass is The mass of an object is a measure of the object's inertial property, or the amount of matter it contains. The weight of an object is a measure of the force exerted on the object by gravity, or the force needed to support it.

Mass is a measure of the amount of material in an object, weight is the gravitational force acting on a body (although for trading purposes it is taken to mean the same as mass), force is a measure of the interaction between bodies and load usuallymeans the force exerted on a surface or body

weight will be change according to the gravity.For example,if my weight is 30 kg on earth then it will be 5 kg on moon because gravity on moon is 1/6 of the earth.
But mass of an object remains same at every planet because mass of an object does not combine with gravity but weight does.
