Brain is coordinating centre of body .it is soft,whitish,large sized organ which is protected by cranium in the skull. Cerebrum: It is the largest part of the brain . It consists of left and right hemispheres known as cerebral hemispheres. In human,both the hemispheres are connected by tract of body and vice or versa .the outer portion of cerbrum is called cerebral cortex Forbrain: It is the main thinking part of the brain. There are specialised for hearing smell ,sight and so on. Cerebllem : It is the second largest part of the brain also called as little brain.controls voluntary actions Pons: It is sutuated in front of cerebellum,below the midbrain and above the medulla .it takes part in regulatiob of respiratiob alonwith medulla.
