Define: 1. CONVECTION 2. RADIATION..... I need an accurate answer although i know that what they are but need a defination to define them

Convection:  Heat transfer in which heat is carried from hotter part of a substance ot it's colder part by actual movement of hot particles in it is called convection.

 Radiation:The proces of heat transfer which does not require any material medium is called radiation.

the movement caused within a fluid by the tendency of hotter and therefore less dense material to rise, and colder, denser material to sink under the influence of gravity, which consequently results in transfer of heat is called coonvection.

Radiation is a method of heat transfer that does not rely upon any contact between the heat source and the heated object as is the case with conduction and convection
