Answer:

1. Earth axis- Earth's axis is an imaginary line that passes through the north pole ,centre & south pole of the earth. It is around this line earth rotates from West to east direction or anticlockwise direction.

2.Rotation- Earth's rotation is the rotation of Planet Earth around its own axis. Earth rotates eastward, in prograde motion. As viewed from the north pole star Polaris, Earth turns counterclockwise. (A rotation is a circular movement of an object around a centre of rotation. If three-dimensional objects like earth, moon and other planets always rotate around an imaginary line, it is called a rotation axis.)

3. Ferrell's law- a law stating that Coriolis forces deflect winds and freely moving objects to the right in the northern hemisphere and to the left in the southern hemisphere. it states that water which moves horizontally in the Northern Hemisphere is pushed to the right of its line of motion when air or water traveling horizontally in the Southern Hemisphere is deflected left of its line of motion.
