Define: (1) Principal focus and (2) focal length of a convex mirror with the help of a diagram

Here is your answer :-

1. Principal focus : It is a point on the principal axis of the mirror at which the light rays coming parallel to principal Axis after reflection actually meet or appear to be coming from.

All the rays get focused on this point.


2. Focal length : The distance between the pole and principal focus of a spherical mirror is known as its focal length.
