A polynomial is such a expression or function which are quadratic,a cubic,a quartic,and so on,involving only non-negatives integer power of x.
No,all expression are not polynomials.

Ex:- 2x+1 which is not a polynomial expression.
and on the other hand we have 3x^2 + 2x +1 which is polynomial expression.
