A friend is a one who you can depend upon, no matter what his current situation might be. He doesn’t need regular messages, calls, meetings etc. He might not even speak to you for many months. But still the care and affection for you will not drop even a single bit.
He will be the first one to appreciate your good work. At the same time he will not hesitate to criticize your work. When you go in the wrong path, He will have the courage to slap you and throw you back in the right path.
He’ll laugh at you for your mistakes, till you get frustrated. And when you get frustrated, he’ll laugh even more. But when somebody else laugh at you, he’ll be the first one to cover you and stand for you.
He is the one to whom you can share even your deepest secrets and he wont judge you for that (Probably he’ll share one, exactly like you!!!) He’ll be able to grasp what you are thinking, while you are thinking. And he’ll look at you and say “yup, thought the same”
When you are in problems, he’ll stand by you and fight with you against everyone, No matter how big/small the issue is. If you have any problem, its his problem too.
When you say ‘Lets go’ he’ll say immedietly ‘ok’. You don’t have to explain to him where and why. He’ll just join you, no questions asked.
When you are admitted in hospital, he’ll be the one to tell your parents ”Go and take some rest , I’ll take care of him”. Once your parents are gone, He’ll sit beside you and crack some jokes (of course, on you!!!) and try his luck on the nurse.
He’ll speak bad about you in front of you, But will act as a brand ambassador for you when you are not present. He’ll proudly introduce you as “he is my best friend, He knows all about me “to anyone irrespective of the place.
He’ll consider your family as his family. Even if your parents hate him, He’ll share your family burdens.
And the best part is you money is totally out syllabus for friendship. Money and status and power never matters.

A friend always understands us and supports us..... They are the people who always says when we are in problem 'koi ni trust on urself sb shi ho jayega'
