Answer The magnitude of the difference between the individual measured value and the true value of the quantity is called the absolute error. The ratio of the mean absolute error to the mean value of a measured quantity is called fractional error.  Explanation:If a physical quantity measured as a1 then its absolute error will be ।∆a।= ।a1-amean। and similarly of se,se and so on. Fractional error will be ∆amean/amean. % error will be fractional error ×100%
