ACCURACY AND

PRECISION

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  1. Accuracy means how close the measured value is to the true value or physical value.
  2. Precision means how much resolved in the measurement.
  3. Lesser is the least count of the measuring device more of the precision.
now suppose weight of a box is 963 gm. Three Students A B and C records the weight as
A--->955gm
B--->963.2gm
C--->950.203gm
B is more accurate and C is more precise as the value of B is closest value to the true value and the value of C is in most significant figure so it is more precise.
