Fundamental rights are those that ensure people that they can leave with dignity and freedom. If any of these rights are violated, a citizen can approach the courts for redressal. The six fundamental rights given to all Indians are as follows :

Right to equality

Right to freedom of speech and expression

Right against exploitation

Right to freedom of religion

Cultural and educational rights

Right to constitutional remedies
