Types of Unemployment

There are three major types of unemployment including cyclical, frictional, and structural. Let's take a look at each one of them through the eyes of workers in the town of Ceelo. As a matter of fact, I'd like to introduce you to a few of them and then find out what type of unemployment they're experiencing.

Hey friend,
Here is the answer:

I) Seasonal unemployment:
It is the type of unemployment in which q worker is employed for some parts of the year and remains unemployed for the rest of the year.

II) Disguised unemployment:
This type of unemployment is typical in agricultural sector, where more people are working on a piece of land then required. People seemed to be employed but actually they are unemployed.

III) Educated unemployment:
This type of unemployment is common in urban areas. There is unemployment among educated and technically skilled workers because they do not compromise on low wages.

IV) Structural unemployment:
This type of unemployment caused due to miss - match in the size of population and structure of economy. An under developed infra structure cannot provide employment to such a large population.
