Define all types of Chemical reaction? with example.
Answers
Process in which one or more substances, the reactants, are converted to one or more different substances, the products. Substances are either chemical elements or compounds.
Two or more reactants unite to form a single product.
Example:-
1). S + O2 -----> SO2
1). S + O2 -----> SO2 2). 2 S + 3 O2 ------> 2 SO3
A single reactant is decomposed or broken down into two or more.
Example:-
1).CaCO3------->CaO+CO2
1).CaCO3------->CaO+CO2 2). 2 KClO3 -------> 2 KCl + 3O2
A single free element replaces or is substituted for one of the elements in a compound. The free element is more reactive than the one its replaces.
Example:-
1). Zn + 2 HCl -----> H2 + ZnCl2
1). Zn + 2 HCl -----> H2 + ZnCl2 2). H2 + 2 AgNO3 -----> 2 Ag + 2 HNO3
This reaction type can be viewed as an "exchange of partners." For ionic compounds, the positive ion in the first compound combines with the negative ion in the second compound, and the positive ion in the second compound combines with the negative ion in the first compound.
Example:-
1). HCl + NaOH ------> NaCl + HOH
2).CaCO3 + 2 HCl ------> CaCl2 + H2CO3

such process in which the original substances lose their nature and identify and forms new chemical substance with different properties are called chemical changes. The process involving a chemical change is called a chemical reaction.
TYPES OF CHEMICAL REACTION✔
➡ COMBINATION REACTION : those reactions in which two or more elements or compounds combined together to form a single compound are called combination reaction.
➡ DECOMPOSITION REACTION : Doritos reactions in which a single compound breaks down to give two or more simpler substances all called decomposition reaction.
➡ DISPLACEMENT REACTION: those reactions in which a more active element Displaces in less active element from its compound are called displacement reactions.
➡ DOUBLE DISPLACEMENT REACTION: those reactions in which two different atoms or groups of atoms are exchanged are called double displacement.
➡ PRECIPITATION REACTION : those reactions in which aqueous solution of two compounds on mixing react to form an insoluble compound which separate out as a solid or such an insoluble compound is formed when a gas is passed through the solution of a compound are called precipitation reactions.
➡ NEUTRALIZATION REACTION: a reaction in which an acid reacts with a base to form soil and water is Called neutralization reaction
➡ OXIDATION-REDUCTION REACTION
