Immunopotentiation therapies:- In this type of therapies, administration of immunopotentiating agents are preformed antibodies and interferons like a-INF in Kaposi sarcoma. This strategy augments the immune response.
Immunosuppressive therapies:- In this when the patient's immune system is ready to face his or her own body, in situations such as autoimmune diseases, then such response is suppressed by steroids, cyclosporin. Cell division, cytokine production, etc are the some inhibitors which are included in this.
