Rational number:any number that can be expressed as the quotient or fraction p/q of two integers, a numerator p and a non-zero denominator q

first we shall divide 3.125/0.125 we will get to get 25

then we will add 0.50 to it to get 25.50

then we will subtract it by 0.225 to get 25.275

wich canbe written as 25275/1000 by dividing by 5 we will get

5055/200 again we will divide by 5 to get 1011/40

so required rational number is 1011/40
