1.acute diseases are those which stay for a short period .e.g fever
doesnt have much harmful effect on body .
2.chronic diseases are those which affect our body for a long time ..and can cause serious illness.e.g dengue malaria
3.infectious diseases are those which can spread from one person to anothor.
