•Veins: every blood vessel flowing from the organs towards the heart

•Capillary: smallest blood vessels located in the organs etc.. This is the part where the exchange happens between actual cells and the blood. Oxygen and nutrients, from the arteries, go into the cells and toxins get out of the cell and get transferred by the veins.
