Answer:

Androecium is the male reproductive part of the flower. It consists of a by-lobed head called anther and a thin stalk-like structure called filament. It has pollen sacs which contain pollen grains.

Gynoecium is the female reproductive part of the flower. It consists of three parts-stigma, style and ovary. Stigma is the head of the gyneocium. Down the stigma is a long tube through which the pollen tube goes down. It is called style. The last part is the ovary. Ovary is where the female gamete or ovule is present. The ovary also has a structure called placenta.

The main difference between androecium and gynoecium is that the androecium (or stamen) refers to the male part of the flower whereas the gynoecium (or pistil or carpel) refers to the female part. ... Moreover, androecium produces pollen grains while gynoecium produces ovules.
