Angular Velocity is the rate of change of angular position of a rotating body about its center of rotation.
If a rigid body rotates by an angle of π radians in T seconds then its angular velocity is (π/T) radians per second.
Angluar Acceleration is the rate of change of angular velocity.
If a rigid body's angular velocity is changing from w1 to w2 in T seconds , then it's angular acceleration is ((w2−w1)/T)radians per second squared.
Hope this will help you..... ✌
