Hi.....Antibiotics, also called antibacterials, are a type of antimicrobial drug used in the treatment and prevention of bacterial infections. They may either kill or inhibit the growth of bacteria. 

Vaccination:-Treatment with vaccine in order to stimulate the immune system against the microbe thereby preventing disease. It makes the body stronger.Vaccine:-Biological preparation that provides active acquired immunity to a particular disease.
