There are 5 types of adverb :

i) Adverb of Manner = An adverbs of Manner should be placed after object. If there is no

Object, it should be placed after the verb.

It formed by adding ly to an adjective.

Example= easily, slowly, quickly, happily, carefully

ii) Adverb of Time= An adverbs of Time can be placed at the beginning or at the end of the sentence.

Example= today, tonight, tomorrow, yesterday,last night

iii) Adverb of place= An adverb of place should be placed after the Object. If there is no object,it should be placed after the verb.
