Answer:
ASEXUAL REPRODUCTION
Explanation:
A type of reproduction in which only one parent is needed.Example,in amoeba
The reproduction mode in which new Organisms develop from a single parent with involvement of gametes. This type of reproduction is also called uniparental reproduction.
Types :
• It is a type of asexual reproduction in which the parental body divides into two or more individuals identical to the parent. Mostly the process is found in unicellular organisms.
• It is one of the subpart of fission. In this process of asexual reproduction, the parent organism divides into two halves each of one forming an independent daughter organism. Example - Amoeba, paramecium, euglena, bacteria etc.
• it is the second subtype of fission. In this process the body of organism divides into many daughter organisms. Example - Plasmodium.
• It is the process of asexual reproduction in which the body of organism breaks into two or more fragments ( pieces ). Each of the fragment develops into a new organism. Example - Spirogyra, rhizopus
• It is a type if asexual reproduction in which whole organism is produced from small pieces so that the missing parts are regenerated. In other sense, the reproductive mode is for generating the lost parts of body. It is a characteristic of differentiated organisms. Example - Planaria
