heay user your answer is here

Average velocity :- If the velocity of an object moving in a particular direction change with time , the ratio of displacement with the time interval gives the average velocity of the object.

Average velocity = distance/time interval

Average speed:- total distance covered in total time .

i hope it can help you

smunawar: total distance divided by total time
rutrohan: Average velocity is a vector quantity, meaning it includes the magnitude and the direction of the object. Whileaverage speed is a scalar quantity which only has the magnitude of the object. lit24 | Student. Speed refers to the distance travelled by an object per unit of time.
