Non ideal binary solution of two liquids showing Positive Deviation are known as Minimum Boiling Azeotrope. For example a binary solution of ethanol and water is consider a Minimum Boiling Azeotrope and those Non Ideal solutions which show Negative Deviation are known as Maximum Boiling Azeotrope
